System Requirements

The Uplink download is for Windows and Linux.

Uplink is also available for Apple Mac and can be purchased from the Mac App Store.

Countries and currencies

We can currently accept online orders in UK pounds, US Dollars, and the Euro. Most credit cards have the ability to pay in at least one of these currencies.

Delivery

If you order a CD please allow up to 28 days for delivery, however we will aim to get the product to you much faster than this. Typically most customers wait around five to seven days for their CD to arrive.

Returns and Refunds

If your Uplink CD is defective you can send it back to us and we will be happy to send you a replacement. We will also offer you a refund instead if you wish.

Security

All online orders are processed using our secure credit card transaction system which uses 128 bit Secure Socket Layer (SSL) architecture (dependent on browser support), and are signed using Thawte digital certificates. Our architecture is based on the OSCommerce system which is used on hundreds of different sites around the world.
